Find information about Bob Keefer’s firm: www.BobKeeferLaw.com. Luis Olbin Montufar was surprised when a Virginia State Trooper stopped him for driving suspended from a DUI conviction.
You see Luis does not drink and has never been arrested for DUI. Luis spent the next four days attempting to clear his name; it turns out that a Luis Montufar with a different middle name had gotten a DUI.
Luis got fired for the four days he lost trying to clear his name and getting a new license. Luis still has a hearing coming up.

Christopher M. Harmon, a 31 year old Raleigh, North Carolina Police Officer was charged with DWI on September 8, 2008. Officer Harmon was stopped on a motorcycle by the North Carolina State Police for doing 66 in a 45. Officer Harmon was reported to have a strong odor of an alcoholic beverage on his breath as well as glassy eyes and mush mouthed speech. The breath test indicated a blood alcohol content of .11.
Officer Harmon was released from the Wake County Jail on a promise to show up for court. Let’s watch and see how the Court treats Officer Harmon. I am sure that he deserves whatever break he gets; but what about giving those breaks to regular citizens?
