Learn about Bob Keefer’s firm at:  www.BobKeeferLaw.com. Tony Plaid, the 52 year old former Marion Police Chief, received his second DWI arrest in June of 2008.Police Chief Plaid was stopped by Cibolo police for his second DWI; this one was while riding a motorcycle.Chief Plaid received his first DWI after a March 2007 single vehicle crash in which his truck was destroyed and he was critically injured.A month after his first DWI, the Marion City Council fired Chief Plaid for refusing to resign.
