This lady deserves to go to prison.
She has had two prior DWIs and on this DWI, her third, crippled a fellow who will eventually die from his injuries.
If you are being treated like this lady and you don’t deserve it call my office.

Case Management for your Legal Case is a solution whose time has come.
How can you deal with your legal case while trying to recover from your serious injury?
You can’t.
Let us help you if your serious injury qualifies. Check at www.InjuryHelper.com
This firm on the video realizes that a Case Manager is needed but wants to fill both roles.
We suggest you hire us to be your case manager; we will help find Trial Counsel suitable for your case.

Injury Helper’s Promise to You
1. We act as Attorney Managers, Not Trial Attorneys. Trying the cases ourselves would distract from our core mission: finding and managing accomplished lawyers to get the best results for your brain injury claim.
2. Always Available; Automatic Updates. Besides keeping a close eye on the trial attorneys, we are your point of contact whenever you have a question about your case or just need advice. We will routinely contact trial counsel and automatically provide you with updates about your case. It can sometimes be difficult for even the best trial counsel to be in court and properly update you on important developments in your case.
3. No Additional Cost. Best of all, hiring us to manage your case costs no additional money. For the same percentage of your recovery or judgment as you would pay for trial counsel alone, you will have our services and expertise.
Two for the price of one!

On August 7, 2008, Peter Stines, a former US Army Soldier, died.
At the time of his death, Stines was facing charges of aggravated DWI and driving on a revoked license.
Stines suffered from health problems and PTSD.
Stines had been arrested five times for DWI. IN 2000 he had crashed his truck into a car, seriously injuring both passengers.
Stines should probably be counted as a casualty of the war in
We need to take better care of our soldiers and help them deal with the horrors they witnessed and the horrors they caused on our behalf.

Deputy Patrick Duran, 28 years old, has been arrested a fourth time on a DWI charge. Duran refused the breath test.
The New Mexico State Police say Deputy Duran was stopped because he would not drive in his lane of travel. Valencia County New Mexico Deputy Patrick Duran was put on paid administrative leave.
Deputy Duran was released on his own recognizance and had to post no bond.
I am sure Deputy Duran was falsely arrested on all his earlier DWI arrests; I am sure he deserves to go on paid, that is tax payer paid leave while his charges are pending; I just wish regular citizens would get the same treatment.

On August 29, 2008, Charlie Atkinson, Brownsville Texas City Commissioner, had his DWI charge dismissed.
Commissioner Atkinson had been charged with DWI after being stopped on U.S. Expressway 77/83 nine months ago by a Texas Department of Public Safety (DPS) Trooper.
The Trooper claimed that Commissioner Atkinson failed field sobriety tests and refused the breath test.
Atkinson claimed he passed the tests.
Cameron County prosecutor Oscar de la Fuente said he did not have enough evidence to convict Atkinson.
As part of the deal, Atkinson gave MADD $500.00.
I am sure that Atkinson deserved the break after paying off MADD; however, why can’t regular citizens without Atkinson’s political power and connections get the same deal?
You get as much justice as you can afford.
