This fellow is apparently a hardcore alcoholic.  He must be to attempt to buy beer while drunk and with a police officer in line with him. 

Do we really think locking this fellow up for a while and then releasing him is the best way to make our roads safe? 

Maybe we ought to spend more energy on solving his addiction problem.

James McIntyre, a well known Jackson Mississippi Attorney, was disbarred for comingling his own funds with those of his clients. Apparently McIntyre had failed to keep his trust account separate from his own money. 

As the Bar tribunal quoted, “The moment the lawyer succumbs to a temptation to appropriate for his own use any of his client’s money entrusted to his safekeeping is the moment he shows his unfitness to be a practicing lawyer.” I am sorry that McIntrye’s clients did not have a Case Manager to keep an eye on McIntyre.
