Luray Virginia DUI Lawyer Bob Keefer asks why do we trust Government Employees so much

Government employees such as school bus drivers, school security officers, school custodians, prison guards, trash collectors, teaching assistants, police officers, clerks, social workers, child welfare workers and administrators cannot always be trusted. Fifty Six (56) Miami-Dade government employees were recently busted in a scan using health insurance information to obtain OxyContin prescriptions.

It was estimated that the ring put over 12,000 tablets on the street.   Their take was estimated at around $400,000.00.

The government employees got an unneeded prescription from a doctor working with the gang and then sold their OxyContin to another gang member. The government employees also got reimbursed from their insurance for the drugs they sold.

So why do we trust Government Employees because they are Government Employees? Bob Keefer represents people charged with DUI/ DWI, traffic tickets, speeding tickets and reckless driving in Elkton, Virginia; Bridgewater, Virginia; Verona, Virginia;  Harrisonburg, Virginia; Rockingham County, Virginia; Staunton, Virginia; Augusta County, Virginia; Woodstock, Virginia; Waynesboro, Virginia; and Shenandoah County, Virginia

Luray Virginia DWI Lawyer Bob Keefer says even movie stars like Shai LaBeouf get charged with DWI

Shia LaBeouf, star of the latest Indiana Jones movie and Transformers rolled his vehicle on July 27, 2008 while making a left turn at a

West Hollywood intersection.

Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Deputies subsequently placed Shia under arrest for DUI. Shia suffered injuries to his hand requiring surgery. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=GIT6PYxFapY

Harrisonburg DWI Attorney Bob Keefer says even baseball heroes get DWI charges

On December 28, 2007, Jim Leyritz, former New York Yankee baseball player was involved in a fatal automobile collision. Leyritz, famous for this 3 run home run in the 1996 World Series, ran a red light and struck another vehicle.

A mandatory blood test showed Leyritz to have a bac of .14 about three hours after the crash. The deceased female driver of the other car had a .18 bac, well over the legal limit of .08 established through federal blackmail with highway funding.

Leyritz made his defense harder by performing the field sobriety tests offered by the investigating officer. Leyritz also made his defense harder by talking to the officer at all; he should have asked for an attorney and remained silent thereafter.
