Augusta County VA DWI Lawyer Bob Keefer says the police are not always our friends

This lady, Hope Steffy, called 911; she was the victim of an assault.  The Stark County, Ohio Sheriff’s deputy decided that Hope should be arrested for disorderly conduct.   She was taken to the Stark

County jail and then strip searched because they thought she might be suicidal.  The officers that stripped this lady included men even though the Sheriff’s policy was that only females should strip search females.  The Sherriff defended the coed team saying this was not a strip search.
