Isn’t it about time we legalize marijuana and stop persecuting young Americans? We all know that marijuana is less harmful than alcohol which is sold by the state in
We all know that no one ever died from smoking marijuana. We all know that people smoking marijuana are a lot less dangerous that drunks. Listen to Barry Cooper’s video and decide:

In today’s world no one should talk to the police. In this video, Regent Law Professor James Duane says that we should understand the Fifth Amendment and never talk to the police. If a law professor says he would not talk to the police, what do the rest of us have any business talking to the police. Anything you say can and will be used against you in a court of law.
You should understand that you never benefit from talking to the police: it is unheard of that anyone talks their way out of an arrest by talking. All you do is make the case against yourself. Listen to this video: http://www.bobkeeferlaw.com/dui-dui/fce/vids/Video005/

Joe N. Chambers, Jr. of Dillwyn, Virginia, a member of the Buckingham County Board of Supervisors since 1991, had his DUI charge reduced to reckless driving with a 90 day jail sentence and 86 days suspended.
With good time, Supervisor Chambers will serve two days. The Supervisor also lost his license for six months.
Officer Allen Ross, Jr. stopped Mr. Chambers on Route 20 and charged him with driving under the influence.
The newspaper article did not release the Supervisor’s blood alcohol content. I am sure that Supervisor Chambers deserved any consideration that the court gave him; however, I suggest that the government should give that same consideration to regular citizens who pay the taxes that keeps government operating.

Tim Kohuth apparently deserves the abuse that the government puts on the .08 BAC driver who is stopped for a minor traffic infraction or an insignificant equipment violation. Kohuth, has already been convicted of two prior DUIs where his blood alcohol level was .20 and .24 respectively. In his recent Mooresville, North Carolina fatal crash, Kohuth recorded a .43 BAC. Kohuth had a ignition interlock device on his personal vehicle. That device is supposed to prevent a driver with measurable alcohol from driving a vehicle. To avoid that device, Kohuth was driving his company’s flat bed truck when he crashed head on into a vehicle carrying a man and his wife. The man died and his wife is in critical condition at Wake Forest University Baptist Medical Center. Kohuth had a cold beer between his legs at the time of the crash. Kohuth was held on a $1,000,000.00 bond. Kohuth apologized for his role in the crash. I suggest that the federal government also owes Kohuth’s victims an apology. Instead of wasting resources on low bac, non-dangerous drivers, the government should focus on serial drunk drivers like Kohuth. Why does the government insist on catch and release for folks like Kohuth until he kills someone in spectacular fashion? Because that is the way government works – allow problems to get worse until terrible damage occurs and then come in to save the day – and waste untold tax dollars in the process. Spend the resources on the serial drunk drivers like Kohuth; don’t waste them on the lady who blows a .07 after a glass of wine at a wedding and is stopped in front of her house because a license plate light is out.
