Always assume that the police are videotaping you. Always assume that everything you say will be taped. If you are in the back seat with your friend assume that you are being taped. The Massanutten police often put people together in the patrol car to tape what they say when they think they are alone. They are not alone in this practice. Watch the young man throw away drugs when he knows the officer is not looking. Assume you are always being watched by the camera. Most people do not understand that they have the right not to answer questions pursuant to the Fifth Amendment of the Constitution.
Below is a small portion of an incredible video by Barry Cooper, a former Narcotics Officer.
Mr. Cooper goes through, in great detail, how a drug interdiction officer goes about his job – arresting citizens for drug offenses.
Former Officer Cooper says don’ talk to the police.
Always say “I want a lawyer.”
If you want to understand Drug charges go to Mr. Cooper’s site www.nevergetbusted.net and purchase his entire video.
Below is a video of a search and arrest Mr. Cooper conducted.
